Access to systems and services is back to normal:

  • the staff HR system (MyView HR) was available shortly before 10.00am
  • the Agresso finance system was back online just after 10.00am
  • other services were available as normal by 10.15am

The purchase of additional guest tickets for Graduation, which had been due to open at 10.00am this morning, will now be available from 2.00pm this afternoon. This will ensure systems are running normally when sales start.

We're sorry for the the inconvenience these problems have been causing this morning. A number of services were affected by a server fault in one of the systems that handles authentication of users. This has now been fixed and we're monitoring services to make sure they are running smoothly.
