Residents in Northfield block 8 currently have no internet or network access following a loss of power to our network equipment. Our partners in Sussex Estates and Facilities are working to restore electricity as soon as possible after which network access should be available as normal.

Sussex Estates and Facilities were able to restore power to our network equipment in Northfield block 8 at 12.00pm. Shortly afterwards, internet access for the residents was available as normal.

There have been further problems with the power supply to our networking equipment in Northfield block 8 overnight. Residents in the building are currently without network access.
We will have internet access back online as soon as our partners in Sussex Estates and Facilities are able to restore electricity.
