A number of students have reported delays with Turnitin originality reports over the weekend. Assignments submitted to Turnitin since Saturday are still awaiting originality reports.
The delays with Turnitin reports do not directly affect electronic submission. If you have a deadline today, you can still submit assignments through Study Direct as normal and you will receive an originality report as soon as the problem has been resolved. But we will do all we can to get the service back online and are sorry for the additional stress this has caused over the weekend.

UPDATE: 6 Dec 2016 - 6:35pm
We're still working to process delayed requests to Turnitin. It's taking a bit longer to clear all the pending requests but we're expecting to be back up to date at some point on Wednesday 7 December.
- If you're simply waiting for an originality report, you could delete your pending request in Study Direct and upload your file again which is likely to speed up the process.
- If you've submitted an assignment using the electronic submission process on the other hand, it will be better to wait. Your assignment is recorded as being handed in at the time you upload the file and you will receive an originality report when the queue has caught up.
We're sorry for the additional frustration this issue has been causing this week but we'll have services running normally again as soon as we can.
