UPDATE: 16 Nov 2016 - 12:20pm
We're still working to fix the problems causing widespread disruption on the campus today and should have more information shortly.
Many staff and students are currently unable to login to campus PCs or get access to personal file space (N: drives) in the normal way. Other services such as wi-fi connections are not affected and should be available as normal.
Logins to teaching PCs
If you are teaching and need to login to seminar or lecture PCs, please call 8022 from the teaching room phone for login details.
Access to files
If you need to get access to files in your home or group directories urgently, you can use a file transfer program or our web-based login to view and download files. See our files page for details.
We're sorry for all the difficulties today's problems are causing and are doing our best to restore normal service as soon as we can.
Network services on campus are now returning to normal. We recommend that you log out and login again.
We apologise for the inconvenience that this service outage has caused this morning.
