Staff group files (G drives)

We've been working with the providers of the group file system (G drive) to address difficulties using and getting access to files. A number of staff reported slow response times and file locking last week when using files on the G drive.
System reports have indicated some improvement in the last few days following an update at the weekend and we're now monitoring performance and looking at further options for refining the service. We're sorry for the disruption these issues have caused recently and are doing our best to keep file systems running as smoothly as possible.
