IT Services is investigating a problem with the login to Sussex Direct. We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and hope to have the service working again as soon as possible.

Once again there is a problem with the logins for Sussex Direct and now Study Direct . IT Services are investigating the cause of this issue and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We are pleased to report that the problems with Sussex Direct and Study Direct have been resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused by the intermittent service loss.

There are still some underlying issues with the Central database , Sussex Direct and Study Direct which are causing a reduced service. IT Services are working to resolve the issues and we hope to return to full service as soon as possible.
Following extensive investigation, IT Services have identified and resolved the underlying issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the intermittent service loss.
We are actively monitoring to ensure the service continues to perform effectively.
