Additional ITS opening hours

We will also be opening Shawcross on the 14th and 15th May, again anticipating heavy usage, so that staff can be available to assist with any problems or queries.

The additional opening hours during May are as follows:

• Monday 2 May
  The IT Service Desk will be open between 12.00 and 5.00pm.
  
  
• Saturday and Sunday 7-8 May
  We will be open between 12.00 and 5.00pm on both days to support students working on dissertations and assignments due the following week. Staff will be available to assist with wi-fi connections and the use of University computers.
  
  
• Saturday and Sunday 14-15 May
  We will be open between 12.00 and 5.00pm on both days to support students working on dissertations and assignments due the following week. Staff will be available to assist with wi-fi connections and the use of University computers.

Outside of these hours, the Shawcross user area will continue to be accessible by using the keypad to gain entry.
