Network disruption following power outage

Network services are now working normally again. Our colleagues in Sussex Estates and Facilities were able to restore power to the network equipment in Arts just before 9.00pm.
Other parts of the network were briefly affected by the loss of power in some parts of the campus just after 8.00pm. Central IT systems temporarily operated on back-up electricity but remained available throughout the evening.
