Bristol Online Surveys are due to complete a major upgrade for Sussex accounts on 6-7 May.
Surveys for all Sussex users will be offline during the update which is expected to take around two days. The upgrade time depends on the total number of surveys in Sussex accounts, so if you're a BOS user, you could help to speed up the process by deleting any surveys you no longer need.
When the upgrade is complete, BOS will contact all current users with details of how to login to the new version of the site. The update is a significant development for the service, bringing a number of new features, including:
- scale or ranking-style questions
- progress bars and the option to let respondents navigate back through completed pages
- data validation to control the answers your respondents can enter
- more control on the appearance of surveys
- more analysis and data export options
More details of the new features are available on the BOS website but please contact us if you have any questions about the upgrade and how it affects your surveys.
