Sibelius will not be available for a short time on Tuesday 6 August while we complete an update to the licence server.
Work will start at 8.30am and should be complete within an hour but during that time, it will not be possible to launch the program.

When the update is complete, it will be possible to continue using Sibelius 7 as normal. However, users of Sibelius 6 will need to upgrade since the earlier version is no longer supported on the new licence.
Own licence
This update affects the majority of Sibelius installations on the campus, which are licenced through the central server. A small number of staff have individual licences and they will not be affected by this work.
UPDATE: 6 Aug 2013 - 11:44am
We're still working to finish this morning's update for Sibelius users.
The licence server has been successfully upgraded but we're working to resolve an issue that is preventing Sibelius 7 programs from connecting.
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and will return the service as soon as we can.
This morning's update to Sibelius is complete and the connection problems which followed the upgrade have been resolved. Users of Sibelius 7 should now be able to use the program as normal.
