eduroam update - what you need to know and do
We're making an important update to keep your eduroam connection secure. On Thursday 4 September 2025, the security certificate for eduroam will be renewed. This update helps protect your data and ensures you can continue to connect safely to the network.
What do I need to do?
From Thursday 4 September, all students and staff may need to 'forget' the eduroam network and reconnect to get the new certificate.
Note: before you do this, you may see a message on your phone or laptop saying you've been disconnected from eduroam. Don't worry - this is expected.
