Systems / Services Affected: Cognos Reports will be unavailable during this work

Date / time: 12 September 2019, 16:30 - 13 September 09.30

Reason for downtime: In order to resolve a number of issues with Cognos, we will be moving the systems to a new platform. Cognos may be available before the end of this window, but should be considered at-risk for the full duration.

We will be monitoring Cognos closely, but there may be additional interruptions to the system before this work begins. We expect the re-platforming work to lead to a more stable service.
