Issue Identified: Incomplete profiles, 07 November 2018

Systems / Services Affected: When you log in today, you may see a message that you have an “incomplete profile” on your desktop PC. Your computer should still work normally.

Date / time: 07 November 2018

Reason for issue: Your PC checks a series of folders when it logs in. The work we did yesterday to address the desktop performance issue affected the permissions on these folders. The popup message should not affect the performance of your computer in any way, but we are working to resolve the problem that causes the popup.
