We have been working hard to resolve the issue that caused slow desktop performance earlier this week.  We have implemented some short-term workarounds in an effort to minimise any further interruption to your work, but we are now considering the longer-term resolution of this issue.

We anticipate further maintenance to the data storage system early next week.  Unfortunately, this will cause some disruption.  We are working with our support partners to set a time for this work and we’ll release further news as soon as possible.

This work will be scheduled to cause as little disruption as possible - either early in the morning or late in the evening.  While this work is carried out you won’t be able to access your N Drive files and you should avoid saving any files to N.
