Students can access support and guidance on how to use Canvas via this community webpage.
If you can't find the answer you're looking for please visit the ITS Help page.
IT Services doesn't support the use of the Canvas mobile app.
If you need support with the app, open Canvas in a web browser or open the app and click/tap the Help option and select 'Chat with Canvas Support'.
