Using Tags to contact a group of Team members
If you want to be able to communicate with a subset of your Team then the Tags feature is for you. Tags are added to your Team and can include one or more team members. While the default permissions allow only the Team owner to do this the Owner can grant access to allow Team members to also create Tags. The tags can then be used as @mentions in a channel post or to start a Chat conversation by anyone in the team
