A recent update published by Adobe has caused tools visibility issues for some users.
Please follow the steps below to restore tools access:
On a Windows device, open Acrobat, click Menu (top-left) and click Disable new Acrobat.
Acrobat will restart, and tools access should be restored.

On a macOS device, open Acrobat, click View, and click Disable new Acrobat.
Acrobat will restart, and tools access should be restored.
