Panopto microphone fix


How do I ensure my Panopto recording is capturing audio?

Once Panopto is open and before starting the recording;

1. Select the in-room audio input under ‘Primary Sources’.

2. Audio device varies depending on room configuration.

3. If 'Audio' is set to 'None' then choose - 'Microphone (___audio device)'.

4. Test the mic by making sure the green audio bar moves when speaking.

5. If the bar doesn't move, select a different mic input and retest.
