How do I cancel an IT Services Training course?

Courses may be cancelled via Sussex Direct if done at least 3 days before the session is due

  1. Login
  2. Click on  Personal
  3. Click on Training or Staff Development
  4. The screen shows a list of your current bookings
  5. Click the X to cancel.

For short notice cancellation please email, ideally with the reason for the short notice.

NB: Full information, plus cancellation procedure, is included in the email confirmation sent at the time of your original booking
