How to schedule a meeting with Outlook

In Outlook's Calendar section, under the Home tab, in the New tool group, click on New Meeting.

This will open a new Meeting dialogue box.  Complete the boxes as required:

Organise new meeting

Then click the Send button and await acceptance of the meeting.
