When I try to log in to a teaching room PC I get an error message saying that the 'tree or server cannot be found'. Why?

This usually is an indication that the network cable may be unplugged. If possible, check that the ethernet cable is plugged into the appropriate socket.

If the problem persists, please call AV support on x 8022 for assistance.
