1367I am trying to register my laptop to use a wired access, but I only see a blank page, not the registration page.
If you are only getting a blank page when you try to register your wired access, and you are expecting to see the registration page then:
- Open Internet Explorer
- From Tools select Internet Options
- Click on the Connections tab
- Click on LAN Settings
- Ensure all the tick boxes are clear (not ticked)
- Click OK
- And OK on the next dialogue box
Restart your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
If you still cannot connect then try and view the following web page: https://www.sussex.ac.uk/roaming/
