I am trying to register my laptop to use a wired access, but I only see a blank page, not the registration page.

If you are only getting a blank page when you try to register your wired access, and you are expecting to see the registration page then:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • From Tools select Internet Options
  • Click on the Connections tab
  • Click on LAN Settings
  • Ensure all the tick boxes are clear (not ticked)
  • Click OK
  • And OK on the next dialogue box

Restart your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer)
