Parking permit applications are now open for 2026/27
Starting from September 2026, the majority of staff parking permits will automatically renew each year to ensure a smoother experience for drivers on campus.
All parking permits for University staff (including IDS, BSMS and SEF) will automatically renew from Thursday 1 October. If you are a staff member and you wish to keep your current parking permit, no action is required.
Standard parking permit applications for students and new joiners are now open via the online self-service portal, for the new academic year 2026/27.
If you are a staff member and you do not wish to renew your permit for 2026/27, please log in to your parking permit account from Thursday 27 August and select “Opt Out”, then “Submit”, and your permit will not be renewed. If you would like to change your parking permit type, please contact the Transport Office.

Maintenance works are taking place around the Fulton building. Please be aware there may be minor impacts on traffic and parking nearby.
Student Arrivals are taking place on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September. Please avoid coming onto campus via car if possible during these days, as campus will be extremely busy with new students and their parents/guardians moving into their accommodation.
