As part of ongoing security improvements, we are switching on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for staff with roles including but not limited to Administrator, Colleague (Editor) and Colleague (Viewer), in Canvas from 2^nd July.

This means that you may be challenged by Okta to MFA using your phone each time you sign into Canvas. 

If you do not have a privileged role but are asked to MFA, or if you have any queries, please contact IT Service Desk.
