We’ve got something new cooking at Eat Central – breakfast waffles and pancakes!

From Thursday 16 April, Sussex Uni Food will be serving up waffles and pancakes every Thursday and Friday from 8am-11am.

Toppings will include bacon, blueberries, golden syrup and whipped cream, so you can choose to treat yourself – or stay healthy if you prefer!

The waffles and pancakes will be served from the Blue Counter, freshly made and ready to brighten up your day.

If you like the new breakfast options, please let us know, either in person, via Instagram or at cateringservices@compass-group.co.uk. This is a trial period lasting until the end of term, so your feedback really matters.

Other breakfast options

If you’re after something more savoury, head over to the Pink Counter where you can get a classic English breakfast every weekday between 8am-11am.

With 11 items to choose from, you can mix and match to create your perfect breakfast.

Or – if you don’t fancy a full English but still want to start your day with some protein – you can get scrambled eggs on toast for only £1.30. The perfect way to fuel up for lectures or the gym!

Our Purpleberry Bowls are also available each morning: satisfying granola açai bowls packed with fibre and nutrients for when you want something healthy and filling. Build your own bowl and choose from ingredients including super green granola, fresh fruit, cacao nibs, honey and of course, açai.
