Children's holiday activity camps at the University of Sussex this Easter

Did you know that Sussex Sport runs a range of children's holiday camps, right here on campus?
Easter is fast approaching and we have a fantastic line-up of activities, delivered alongside trusted local clubs and expert coaches. From racket and ball sports to creative circus skills, there’s plenty to choose from:
Circus Skills Camp
Delivered in partnership with High Top Circus
Children will explore trapeze, acrobatics, juggling and circus-themed drama games in a safe and supportive environment led by experienced coaches.
- Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th April
- 9am–12pm (ages 7–11)
- 1pm–4pm (ages 12–17)
- £66 for the four-day camp
Book now for ages 7-11, or ages 12-17.
Netball Camp
Led by Lisa Packer, Somerset U15s Head Coach and Team Bath coach
A three-day camp designed for players with some experience. Sessions focus on ball handling, shooting, footwork, agility and defensive play, with plenty of match scenarios and friendly competition.
- Tuesday 7th – Thursday 9th April
- 9am–1pm
- Ages 8–14
- £62 for three days or £24 per day
Basketball Camp
Delivered by coaches from Brighton Cougars Basketball Club
An energetic camp aimed at developing shooting, ball control, footwork, defence and teamwork skills — with lots of game time included.
- Monday 30th March – Wednesday 1st April
- 9am–3pm
- Ages 8–14
- £85 for three days or £34 per day
Badminton Camp
Led by experienced England Badminton coaches Louis Martin and Jasper Tandy
Open to beginners through to club-standard players, this camp covers all aspects of the game and includes fun singles and doubles competitions.
- Tuesday 7th – Thursday 9th April
- 1:30pm–5:30pm
- Ages 10–16
- £62 for three days or £24 per day
All camps take place at the University of Sussex Sport Centre and are delivered by experienced, DBS-certified coaches, ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout.
