From Sunday 8 March to Friday 20 March, the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton will go head-to-head in our annual Varsity sports competition.

This year there are 14 different fixtures across 12 different sports, with many fixtures hosted on campus at the Sport Centre and Falmer Sport Complex.

If you’ve never experienced Varsity before, check out this video on the Sussex Sport Instagram explaining how it all works. Expect plenty of noise, colour, and a sense of friendly rivalry!

Help cheer Sussex on to victory by coming along to one of the ticketed fixtures. There’s plenty to choose from, both on and off campus. Tickets are still available on the Students’ Union website.

If you want to soak up the best of the atmosphere, don’t miss the matches on Wednesday 18 March at Falmer Sports Complex, which promises to be the most action-packed afternoon of the fortnight.

And if you’re a true Sussex fan, why not head over to the Sport Brighton facilities to support our amazing netball, basketball, volleyball and badminton teams?

Just remember to wear blue and red - and get ready to cheer!
