Did you know that you can now use the Time2Eat app to pay for food and drink at Sussex Uni Food outlets?

Time2Eat allows you to preload credit into a digital wallet and spend it by scanning a QR code at the till.

If you have any unused Munch Money cards or coupons, you’ll need to transfer any remaining credit to your Time2Eat wallet before you can spend it.

How to transfer your Munch Money credit

• Download the Time2Eat app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
• When prompted, use the access code: sussex
• Set up your account with your full Sussex email address, e.g. j.smith@sussex.ac.uk. Please leave the referral code section blank.
• Email cateringservices@compass-group.co.uk with the following details:
• Your name
• Munch Money card number
• The email address you used to register on the Time2Eat app
  (Please double-check this is correct, as credit cannot be refunded once uploaded to the app)
• Your existing balance will then be transferred to your Time2Eat wallet within the app.

You’re also welcome to split your balance across multiple users if you’d like to share your credit with friends. Just include all email addresses and the amounts to be allocated to each person in your email.

Using your credit on campus

To use your credit at any Sussex Uni Food outlet, select ‘wallet’ on the Time2Eat app home screen. This will display a QR code, which a Sussex Uni Food team member can scan at the till.

Please note we are unable to refund any unused Munch Money credit, please transfer it to a Time2Eat wallet so that you can spend it.
