Challenging behaviour is causing increasing concern in today’s society, where rising stress and uncertainty affect many individuals. Such behaviours may stem from anxiety, neglect, abuse, learning disabilities, or conditions like dementia.

This month, we are spotlighting the Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Behaviour that Challenges, a qualification designed to build awareness of the causes and impact of challenging behaviour.
