Target Audience: Open to all staff who would like to learn the fundamentals of coaching in a fun, friendly, practice environment. No prior knowledge or experience necessary!
Are you curious about coaching? Would you like to use coaching skills to support colleagues and find creative solutions to your own challenges? In this short, highly interactive session you will be introduced to the fundamental skills in coaching and have the experience of putting those skills into action! Come and try your hand at peer coaching and see what insights might emerge for you.
This workshop will cover:
- What is coaching?
- The fundamental skills involved in coaching
- The use of the GROW model to help structure our coaching conversations
- An opportunity to try coaching in a fun, friendly, practice environment.
