We have finalised the Management Essentials programme for Spring 2022. We are currently reviewing the workshops we offer and will be announcing the rest of our Spring timetable in the near future. In the meantime, if there is a particular workshop your school would benefit from attending, please get in touch with od@sussex.ac.uk
University Mentoring Programme
As you may know we run an active mentoring programme for colleagues across Sussex. If you are interested in becoming a mentor or mentee in the scheme, you are welcome to book an informal 15 minute call with our mentoring lead to find out more. Organisational Development staff update:
Christine Hamilton joins us on 18 January as Apprenticeships Officer. Kelly Lewis-Clarke joins as an OD Adviser on 24 January. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in talent management, employee engagement and supporting change through OD interventions.
