Annual software review

The annual software review has now been completed for 2016/2017 and the changes are set out below. Thanks to everyone who provided their input.

Most of the software on student computers remains the same as last year, although we have upgraded to the most recent stable versions where appropriate. The most significant difference is the upgrade to Office 2016 (student computers had Office 2013 last year).
