What's happening?
Due to some unplanned updates by Instructure, who own Canvas, users might have been unable to access or generate similarity reports via Canvas. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

Turnitin UK
Turnitin Similarity
When did this happen?
The incident occurred between the following times:
BST: May 1 2026 - Friday, 23:30 to May 4 2026 - Monday 22:10
How were we affected?
Please note that Canvas will resubmit the affected submissions; it is worth noting that this may take a while to complete.
