Resolved - IT and Finance Service Desk ticket management system - currently unavailable

The ticket management system that IT Services and the Finance Service Desk use to deal with incidents and service requests raised by staff and students, is currently unavailable.
IT Services
If you have an IT problem that means you are not able to work then we would advise you to visit the Service Desk in Shawcross or call us on 8090 (01273 678090 from off campus) and we will try to help
Please do not contact or visit us for anything other than essential incidents or requests as we have limited support available today
Finance Service Desk
If you are a member of staff with an Urgent finance query then please call the Finance Service Desk on 7172 between 10am - 2pm

We are pleased to report that the service has been restored and both the IT Service Desk and the Finance Service Desk systems are working normally again
