Intermittent issues launching CMS (Yellow screens)

We are aware that some people are unable to launch CMS (Yellow Screens) and we are investigating this as a matter of urgency.
If you currently have a CMS window open, we advise that you do not close it, as you may not be able to relaunch it.
It is possible that repeated attempts to launch CMS may be successful; however, this is not guaranteed at this time.
UPDATE: 20 Jan 2026 - 2:53pm
Our users are reporting that they have regained access to CMS/Yellow Forms. We will continue to investigate the cause and monitor the service until fully restored.
