RESOLVED - Report in recent Panopto Video / Lecture recording issue

On 2025-08-27 until 2025-09-05 all Panopto Clouds experienced degraded Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) support within Canvas. During this time, customers may have encountered errors when attempting to load LTI placements that they historically could access or when using LTI to embed content.

To prevent a recurrence of this issue, Panopto will conduct more thorough analysis of the risks to LTI access from configuration options to expand our set of integration use cases, when approaching large feature modifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
