We’re pleased to announce the migration from our legacy storage platform to a new, secure, and more stable platform. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improving data security, reliability, and performance across our infrastructure.
What’s Changed?
- Old Platform: Insecure and unstable, with limited support.
- New Platform: Secure, resilient, and fully supported by our infrastructure team.
What You Need to Do
- No action is required for most users. Your files will be migrated automatically.
- If you experience any issues accessing your files or folders, please raise a Service Desk ticket.
Reporting Issues
When raising a ticket, please include the following details to help us resolve your issue quickly:
- Your username
- The location or path of the file/folder you’re trying to access
- A brief description of the issue
