Advance notice – IT Service Desk counter closed from 12pm on Wednesday 27 August

The IT Service Desk counter in Shawcross will be closed from 12pm on Wednesday 27 August due to staff shortages.
During this time, phone lines will remain open, and you can continue to raise tickets via the self-service portal at https://sussex.ac.uk/its/helpdesk or by emailing itservicedesk@sussex.ac.uk.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
The counter service will reopen at 9am on Thursday 28 August.
