Advance Warning - CRM Recruit downtime 20 August from 8pm

Due to our suppliers (Ellucian) performing a US summer import procedure to CRM Recruit, this system will be unavailable after 8pm on 20 August for several hours. This essential maintenance is expected to be complete within 3 hours during the 10 hour maintenance window, and the system will be available again by 6am on 21 August.

We advise any staff using CRM Recruit on 20 August to log out of CRM Recruit before 8pm that day so that all data changes you have been working on are saved before the system downtime commences.

We in ITS and Admissions will check systems first thing 21 August to ensure systems are available and all overnight data sync processes and workflows have run.
