Service Desk Hours - 30 and 31 July

Dear all,

Please be advised that we are operating reduced in-person service desk hours on Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 July to:

Wednesday 30 July: 14:00-17:00

Thursday 31 July: 09:00-13:00

Please note that phone support may be delayed during this time. We strongly encourage you to use the IT Support Portal to log any incidents or service requests, which will help us respond more efficiently.

Normal service desk operations will resume on Friday 1 August.
