Advance warning - IT Service Desk counter service closed on Friday 30 June

Due to a shortage of staff it will not be possible for the Service Desk to offer a counter service in Shawcross on Friday 30 June, however we will continue to respond to tickets and to answer phones.
Please continue to raise incidents and service requests via our self service portal

The counter will reopen at 9am on Monday 3 July
