Service Desk counter service - Closed from 1pm on Tuesday 9 May

Due to staff shortages The IT Service Desk in Shawcross will not be able to provide a counter service this afternoon, Tuesday 9 May.
We will continue to respond to incidents and service requests raised via our ticketing system, and will answer as many phone calls as possible during the afternoon.
We apologise for the short notice announcing this closure.
