Short-term changes to ITS Service Desk support services

The ITS Service Desk will be making some short-term changes to our support services whilst key staff are temporarily redeployed to help advance our cyber security initiatives. Changes will be in effect from Tuesday 7th February until Friday 17th February as follows, and normal service will be restored thereafter:

Contact Channel Timings:

Phone: 08:30am to 1:00pm

Walk-Ins: 09:00am to 12:45pm and 2:00pm to 4:45pm

Support Tickets: 24 hours Log a support ticket online

Service Request Fulfilment: 10 days
