IT Service Desk priorities between 22 and 25 March

The IT Service Desk team are currently receiving large numbers of phone calls, tickets and in person visits to Shawcross.

For the next few days we are prioritising tickets and in person visits, so if you need help, please avoid calling us if possible. Instead raise an incident or service request via our self service portal

The team will respond to you as quickly as they can.
