IT Services availability; laptop setups cancelled: Wed 13 January

As the university campus is open today, IT Services will be available. The Enquiries and Help Desks in Shawcross is open but only able to offer a limited service this morning. As a result all laptop setup appointments have been postponed. Further details will be made available as soon as they are known.

If you have any enquiries you can also contact IT Services through the website if you need to report a fault or make a request. As ever, information is also available online in our online help desk and guides. PC clusters across campus should be open and network services, including e-mail, eduroam and ResNet should be available as normal. Any changes to the situation will be announced here.
