Important Dates:

26 July:

Early bird registration deadline. (On July 10th we posted a notice that the conference was fully booked. A small number of extra rooms have now become available. If you wish to register please send an email to ECTIreg@gmail.com giving details of the registration type you are interested in. Your email will be put into a queue and the extra rooms will be allocated on a first-come first served basis. If we are able to accommodate you we will email you with instructions regarding payment. Rooms will continue to be offered at the discounted rates until July 26th (an extension to the earlier deadline of July 10th) although it is not expected that any rooms will be left beyond this extended deadline. )

26 July:

Abstract deadline (Please note: Abstracts submitted after this date will not be included in the abstract book and will not be considered for oral presentation in the Hot Topic sessions. We cannot guarantee having any poster space available for post-deadline abstracts)

5 August:

Announcement of abstracts accepted for poster presentation and abstracts accepted for Hot Topic oral presentation

10 August:

Final registration deadline (as venue capacity is limited, registration will be closed earlier if maximum attendee number is reached)

19 Sept:

Start of the meeting
