#WeAreSussex – tell us what you think – Strategy 2025
The VC is inviting staff to attend a series of ‘We are Sussex’ workshops to help inform the future development of Sussex as part of Strategy 2025.
Six workshops are taking place in the coming weeks to garner opinions on the many aspects that will feed into the new strategic framework. Participants in the workshops will discuss and delve further into the ‘Big Vision’ ideas that many of you have shared already.
Vice-Chancellor, Adam Tickell, said: “I want to gather thoughts from as many people as possible on the future strategy for the University. These workshops are designed to help me understand more detail behind your vision for Sussex - where you want us to be a decade from now, and the experience you want for the students we teach."
Staff are invited to register now for one of six workshops taking place on campus in November and December:
- 14 November, 3 pm - 5 pm
- 16 November, 3 pm - 5 pm
- 21 November, 3 pm - 5 pm
- 29 November, 9 am - 11 am
- 5 December, 2 pm - 4 pm
- 7 December, 11 am - 1 pm
On Thursday and Friday this week, students and members of the Communications and External Affairs division have been out and about on campus surveying staff and students – keep an eye out for the ‘We are Sussex’ t-shirts.
In addition to activities on campus, we will also be talking to our alumni, local community and many of the University’s important stakeholders to ensure that we understand what Sussex means to them.
