The event was organised as planned.
There were 15 student presenting participants from outside the University of
Sussex, including 2 from mainland Europe. In addition 8 University of Sussex
(HCT) students presented papers.
The event was enjoyable and productive. There were various types of
participant in the workshop which attracted people from a range of
disciplines
and locations. 23 Students gave presentations about their research, 8 other
students participated in the discussions and reviews, but did not formally
present their work. In addition 7 members of faculty from COGS and 5
visiting
guests from academia and commerce added their weight to the event.
