Steve Torrance and Benedict du Boulay
\fbox{\box0}

There are two tasks for the second seminar on Production Systems.

  1. Read Errors in Children's Subtraction, [YO81] You will be expected to read this chapter carefully and will be asked to explain parts of it.
  2. Bring a record of your work on Buggy from the first Computer Class and on the production system model from the second Computer Class. Be prepared to describe what you have done to the seminar class. In particular think about
    1. whether your experiments with these systems match the reading, and
    2. how far these systems are good models of subtraction.
