University of Sussex staff who get on their bike in June can win prizes during Bike Month, a celebration of cycling that encourages and supports you to get out and ride.

This fun cycling challenge also rewards you for riding: record your mileage, set yourself goals and earn badges.

Register now for Bike Month and start receiving tips to help you ride further or more often.

Then ride a bike anywhere, any time for at least 10 minutes during Bike Month (1-30 June).

By logging your rides on the Love to Ride website, you will automatically be entered into a daily draw for prizes.
